Review Asus N10E

Published on: notebookcheck.net

Asus N10E is one of the lastest additions to the broad range of Asus notebooks. It's an unusally well equipped mini-laptop and thus almost qualifies for a luxury netbook. Although one could simply call the N10E another Eee PC in a more splendid package, such a generalization is not justifiable, because it does not cope with many aspects, which are covered in detail in this article.

Review Dell Latitude E4300 Laptop

Professional Traveler. They are in fashion although they have almost nothing to do with the currently highly favored Netbooks – the ultra mobile office laptops. These laptops offer a combination of light weight, compact dimensions, a good battery life and extensive communication features. Models of Dell, in this league, include for example the Latitude E4300 with a display of 13.3 inches and a total weight of 1850 grams.

Review HP Compaq 6730b Notebook

Published on: notebookcheck.net

Compaq notebooks designed for business use (indicated by 'b') are valued around the world and particularly in Central Europe. Users especially appreciate their battery life and the durability of their case. Thereby models with Intel CPU are traditionally more expensive than their AMD-based counterparts (in this case – the similar HP 6735b). It's now time to check the capabilities of the Centrino 2 model, the HP 6730b. For our test we got a model with a matte WSXGA+ screen, which is ideal for business professionals.

Apple MacBook Air MB543LL/A review

Published on: electronicsme.com

Apple takes the Sub Notebook category to a whole new level with the Apple MacBook Air MB543LL/A. Weighing only 3 pounds, the Air was built not for the mass public, but instead with certain people in mind. With a 1.6 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2 gigs of DDR3 SDRAM, a 120 gig hard drive, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth compatible, and an NVIDIA 9400 GeForce 9400M, it’s a very capable lap top, but there are a few things to keep in mind.

Though this is in the Sub Notebook category, there are still significant differences from its competitors, which is why I said it’s not built for the mass public. First and most noticeable is the lack of an optical drive and the other possible issue is the lack of inputs. Apple has provided ways to combat those issues though, so keep on reading to find out if the Air is right for you.

Toshiba Qosmio X305-Q701 review

Published on: electronicsme.com

The Toshiba Qosmio X305-Q701 might be hard to pronounce, but it’s easy to say that this laptop definitely has some power under the hood. With an Intel Core 2 Duo processor (P7350 2.0 GHz), 4GB of RAM, and a 512mb NVIDIA GeForce 9700 GTS running Vista Premium (64-bit), the Qosmio can stand up to any graphical and processing challenges in today’s PC market.

The X305-Q701 has a 17.1” screen, weighs 8.99 pounds, a 200 GB hard drive that runs at a fast 7200 RPM’s, four Harman Kardon speakers and a built-in subwoofer, and so much more. As a complete package, it goes toe to toe with many of today’s laptops, with few downsides and great features, you very well may have found your new computer.

Review Dell Latitude E6400 Notebook

Published on: notebookcheck.net

Mobile Office. Security, mobility and reliance. Those are the three pillars that the Dell Latitude E6400 is built on. Even if a thoroughly efficient graphic solution for the E6400 with a Quadro NVS 160M graphic card would be available, the notebook concentrates on these core competences in order to offer a good starter price. How good the Dell Latitude E6400 cuts of in exactly these points you can read in the following test. .

Review Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook

Published on: notebookcheck.net

Stay in contact. Since the launch of the Eee PC from Asus, the run of compact and affordable Netbooks continues. While many manufacturers initially distanced themselves from this trend, today a famous notebook brand can hardly afford to abstain from this segment. Even the Irish Dell manufacturer therefore brought an ultra-compact notebook to the market. The name: Dell Inspiron Mini 9. ..

Review Dell Precision M2400 Notebook

Published on: notebookcheck.net

Smallest in League. The Dell Precision M2400 is with its 14 inch screen the smallest notebook of the powerful workstation series from Dell. Because the size of the case has an direct impact on the reserve capacities in terms of performance, because the built-in hardware finally has to be sufficiently cooled, the Precision M2400's performance is also lowest of this model lineup

Review Toshiba Qosmio X300-11L Gaming-Notebook

Published on: notebookcheck.net

Toshiba goes Gaming! Toshiba's Qosmio X300 is a dream come true for gamers. The moment one starts with unwrapping, it becomes clear that this is not a common notebook. The design, colours, and size of the case make the Qosmio X300 as unremarkable as a Ferrari or Lamborghini on the street.
