Which speaker would be a better fit with the integrated amp Cambridge Audio CX A80?
1. Klipsch rp150m or
2. Elac Uni-fi UB5.
I'm concerned that the amp won't be enough to power the ELAC with its low sensitivity.

A: Cambridge CX A80 & Klipsch RP-160M

I can't speak to the ELAC's, but I'm currently running a set of Klipsch RP-160M speakers with a Cambridge CX A80 in my home office. I'm also using a Klipsch R-110SW subwoofer to fill out the low end. Audio is fed from my computer via USB Audio.

Overall I'm very pleased. The sound is detailed, well-balanced, and the sub adds punch. I upgraded to Tidal Hi Fi streaming; I can actually differentiate between 320 kbps and FLAC audio while listening to the Klipsch system (well, if I listen closely and focus on the clarity of the highs). The same couldn't be said of the Polk Audio system that the Klipsch speakers replaced. The only downside to the Klipsch system is that it's very transparent, and can expose flaws in poor-quality audio files.

Unless you're trying to fill out a very large room, I wouldn't worry about the CXA80 failing to provide sufficient power with either set of speakers. Even when I'm playing my Klipsch speakers loud, I don't think I've ever run more than 50% power. Typical listening volume is 15-25%.

I have a HK 430 Dual receiver (now in the shop), which I hope to use with a nice pair of book shelf speakers. I also may use these for main front speakers in a 5.1 surround with a Yamaha RX-V671. Currently, I have some older small KEF UniQ 50 towers that I have really enjoyed. I may use then for rear speakers. Would the
KEF Q300 be a good pick? (currently $400)
