Trying to get printer to set up to print statements and etc.. Can not get it to print it says to save as.. need to print out statements etc. I get print out saying not connected to printer. what a mess. It will print a message how to set uo but to no avail'Help

This is for home use, but I'd like something to grow into. Best value for the dollar is always good! What will the 922 do that the 492 will not, or visa versa? Your thoughts?
