In terms of sound quality which is the best, bluedio t3 plus or bluedio t4s? I've been wondering about it because I like to try this brand and I saw this two products of Bluedio that intrigued me.

I haven't used the T4, but I found the sound quality on the T3 to be a massive upgrade from the T2. If they have upgraded the same way, I imagine that the T4s would be even better.
The only issue that I had with the T3 was the weight. I wear glasses and I found the frame of the headphones to be too heavy to wear all day, and they would press my glasses against my head. I'd keep the weight in mind when comparing the 2 items.

How does the soundstage of the Sony WH1000XM2 compare to V=Moda Crossfade2/M100 or other nice headphones? Would my coworkers hear my music in a quiet small office if I'm listening medium volume with Sony WH1000XM2?

I have had Mpow Bullfight as well as Mpow Judge headphones and I liked them both. A lot of wireless in-ear headphones fall out when you are working out, but these stay in very well. The sound quality is excellent for the price point. Both of the models I mentioned also have a magnetic clip feature so that they stay around your neck when you aren't listening to music, which is extremely handy.
