Neither Graco Contender 65 nor Maxi-Cosi Pria 85 were recommended by experts this month
On 9 Apr 2024 (22 days ago) we went through 84 Convertible Car Seat expert endorsements , however neither Graco Contender 65 nor Maxi-Cosi Pria 85 were included in any of those recommendations. Since neither Convertible Car Seat received a single endorsement, as far as expert recommendations go, it's technically a tie. We do, however, recommend taking a look at Nuna RAVA or other critically acclaimed Convertible Car Seats of this month.

The Contender 65 can be used as a rear-facing seat for kids from 5 to 40 pounds and in a forward-facing position for children from 20 to 65 pounds. The headrest is 8-position adjustable, and the harness offers a 5-point front-adjust system. Users say that this model is easy to install and doesn’t take up much space in the car.
This model can accommodate kids from 14 to 85 pounds. It features an air cushion system, which reduces the side impact on the baby’s head. The seat pad is removable, machine washable, and dryer safe.
