Neither Akai Pro MPK Mini Play nor Native Komplete Kontrol M32 were recommended by experts this month
On 15 Jan 2025 (2 months ago) we went through 88 MIDI Controller expert endorsements , however neither Akai Pro MPK Mini Play nor Native Komplete Kontrol M32 were included in any of those recommendations. Since neither MIDI Controller received a single endorsement, as far as expert recommendations go, it's technically a tie. We do, however, recommend taking a look at Akai MPK Mini MKII 25 or other critically acclaimed MIDI Controllers of this month.
For reference, Akai MPK Mini MKII 25 received 3 endorsements this month, from Music Critic (16 Feb 2024), Prime Sound (1 Nov 2024) and The Guitar Junky (17 Mar 2019).

M32 is the most affordable entry point onto the Native Instruments platform, and a solid, portable USB keyboard to boot.
