Neither Akai LPD8 nor Korg nanoKontrol2 were recommended by experts this month
On 15 Jan 2025 (11 months ago) we went through 88 MIDI Controller expert endorsements , however neither Akai LPD8 nor Korg nanoKontrol2 were included in any of those recommendations. Since neither MIDI Controller received a single endorsement, as far as expert recommendations go, it's technically a tie. We do, however, recommend taking a look at Akai MPK Mini MKII 25 or other critically acclaimed MIDI Controllers of this month.
For reference, Akai MPK Mini MKII 25 received 3 endorsements this month, from Music Critic (16 Feb 2024), Prime Sound (1 Nov 2024) and The Guitar Junky (17 Mar 2019).
