I get an E1 warning after turning it on and that means the wheel is not turning. I took it completely apart and there was nothing wound around the wheel. What else could it be?

How can I purchase an ADDITIONAL (plastic) dust-bin for my Powerbot? The "authorized parts distributor for Samsung, "J & J International" is of NO HELP whatsoever! Thank you for any assistance you can provide!
